Climate risk scan
Send a book of assets and each one comes back with a class for drought, heat, frost, flood, fire weather, vegetation trend and yield volatility, read from up to 43 years of weather history and public hazard records.
For underwriters, portfolio and risk managers, agricultural credit officers and farmland fund managers, and anyone preparing a climate-risk disclosure.

01 · The order
What you send, and what comes back
You send
- The assets as one GeoJSON file or zipped shapefile, one feature per asset
- How many years of weather to read: 10, 20, 30 or 43
- The crop, for yield volatility on farmland
You receive
- A layer with each asset and its class for each hazard: low, moderate, high or severe
- A portfolio table in the PDF, one row per asset and one column per hazard
- A section per hazard saying what was read and from where
- Past burnt areas near each asset from the European fire archive
- Not available where a source did not answer, so a gap is never read as a low class
02 · How it is read
From the open archive to the record
Public sources
- 01
Drought, heat and frost come from ERA5-Land reanalysis from the Copernicus Climate Change Service. Drought is read as the WMO’s Standardized Precipitation Index.
- 02
Flood hazard comes from WRI Aqueduct, fire history from the Copernicus EFFIS archive, and vegetation trend from Landsat and Sentinel-2.
- 03
Every class names its source, so an analyst can trace a high flood class back to the public dataset it came from.

Claims validation
A dated before and after record of a claim parcel, read from the scenes on either side of the date of loss.
Asset status check
Each asset in a book read against its own previous three years, with the ones that changed beyond their usual range marked.
Construction progress
A monthly built share for a construction site, with a dated satellite image beside every month.
Flood extent and risk
Where water stood after a flood, read from radar, which parcels sat in it, and a terrain exposure class for the ground.
Damage mapping
A before and after read of one area after one event: changed ground, built-up damage candidates, and screens over water.
Portfolio monitoring
One view of a registered book: the latest flood, fire, forest and site records for each asset, with changed assets first.
Send us ten closed claims
Send ten claims from last season that are already settled. We re-read them at no charge, so you can set the record beside what your adjusters found.
