Supplier requests

A due-diligence file needs things only the supplier has. A request asks for them through a plain upload page on an expiring link, and the boundaries that come back go straight onto your register through the same checks as any upload.

For sourcing and sustainability teams collecting what a file needs from their suppliers.

01 · The order

What you send, and what comes back

You send

  • The supplier’s contact and what you are asking for: boundaries, planting records, a land title, photos
  • A due date, if there is one

You receive

  • An expiring link for each request, which you can withdraw or replace at any time
  • A status for each request: sent, partly received, complete, overdue or withdrawn
  • Every file kept exactly as sent, with its digest
  • Boundaries imported straight onto the register

02 · How it is read

From the open archive to the record

  1. 01

The supplier sees one plain page with what was asked for and an upload box. There is nothing to sign up for.

  2. 02

Accepted files include PDF, images, GeoJSON, zipped shapefiles and CSV, up to ten files per submission.

Send us ten flagged plots

Send the boundaries of ten plots your screen flagged. The record comes back within 48 hours as a PDF with the layers, each plot with its finding or its reason and next step.
