Archive imagery review
Shaded cocoa, small plots and cloudy records are where the open archive stops short. For those plots we search the sub-metre archive for scenes dated 2016 to 2020, show you which plots have one, and a named reader records what stood on the ground on that date.
For operators and traders whose register holds withheld plots, plots under four hectares, or plots where cloud took the record.

- Your choice of which scene groups to read, once you have seen the coverage
You receive
- Before you order: your unsettled plots grouped by the ground one scene covers, with the number of candidate scenes and their dates
- A quote for each scene group. Nothing is bought until you approve it
- A dated reading for each plot: planting rows, crown size, buildings and paths, as they stood on the scene date
- The reading filed into the plot’s evidence document, and a webhook when it lands
02 · How it is read
From the open archive to the record
Public sources
- 01
Scenes come from the archive we access through our partner SkyFi. The archive is searched over your own register before any number is quoted, so the coverage you see is yours.
- 02
A named reader looks at the scene and writes down what stood on the ground. The reading carries the scene date, and the imagery stays with us under licence.
- 03
Where the reading supports cultivation, the plot’s state on the register changes to say so, as of the scene date.

Plot evidence
One evidence document per plot: what the open record shows stood on the ground in each dry season before the cutoff.
Cases
Every withheld plot and every alert is worked as a case, with an append-only record you can show a competent authority.
Supplier requests
Ask a supplier for boundaries, planting records or a land title through a link that needs no account, and import what comes back.
Shipments and statements
Group the plots behind a consignment, get the shipment report, and export the statement in the Information System’s field order.
Evidence pack and share links
Hand one plot’s evidence to a buyer, a platform or an auditor: a PDF and ZIP pack, and a revocable link that needs no sign-in.
Storm stand record
After a storm, a dated record of every stand, ranked by where to send a drone or a forester first.
Send us ten flagged plots
Send the boundaries of ten plots your screen flagged. The record comes back within 48 hours as a PDF with the layers, each plot with its finding or its reason and next step.
