Legal pages are localised, and the English version governs all interpretations. For legal disputes, the English statutory wording holds primary jurisdiction under the laws of England and Wales.

1. Scope and Platform Engagement

These Terms of Use ('Terms') constitute a legally binding agreement between you or the entity you represent ('Customer', 'User') and Axine Labs ('Axine Labs', 'we', 'us', 'our').

By accessing or using the marketing website (axinelabs.com), the analytics platform (app.axinelabs.com), or programmatic API endpoints, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property and Specimen Deliverables

Upon full settlement of applicable order fees, Axine Labs grants Customer a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate delivered GeoTIFF, GeoJSON, Parquet, and PDF analytical products into Customer's internal exploration workflows and public disclosure filings.

Axine Labs retains all rights, title, and interest in and to underlying proprietary spectral classification algorithms, continuum-removal pipelines, software libraries, and platform source code.

  • Customer owns interpreted analytical outputs generated over authorized Areas of Interest (AOIs).
  • Axine Labs retains proprietary algorithmic pipelines, software binaries, and trained model weights.
  • Neither party claims ownership over public domain open satellite datasets.

3. Non-Assay Scientific Limitation and Disclaimer of Investment Advice

Axine Labs provides alteration mineralogy, diagnostic spectral absorption features, and regional prospectivity scores based on orbital optical and infrared spectroscopy. These products represent remote sensing surface characterizations exclusively.

Under no circumstances do Axine Labs analytical deliverables constitute economic mineral reserve certifications, JORC/NI 43-101 compliant resource estimates, metal concentration assays, parts-per-million (ppm) grades, or financial investment advice.

MANDATORY NON-ASSAY CLAUSE: Axine Labs never measures, estimates, or certifies parts-per-million (ppm) ore grades, metal tenors, or subsurface reserve tonnages. Exploration decisions must be independently validated through core drilling, geochemical assay, and qualified geological appraisal.

4. Area-of-Interest (AOI) Confidentiality

Axine Labs treats all Customer coordinate queries, concession boundary uploads, and tasking orders as strictly confidential information. We do not aggregate, sell, or disclose Customer AOIs to third parties.

For customers operating under sovereign defense or proprietary commercial exploration mandates, Lisaris self-hosted containers allow local query execution without transmission of coordinates to Axine cloud infrastructure.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Axine Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, exploration expenditure losses, or business interruption.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by Customer to Axine Labs for the specific analytical deliverable giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute.
