论文摘要
Flood extent, damage mapping, claims validation, asset status, construction progress and climate risk from open satellite archives, written for the claims desk that needs to know what moved on a parcel and when, and for the portfolio manager who needs to know which assets changed since the last look. Each record follows a named published method and shows its data sources and validation beside the result.
核心方法论发现
At Conselice, in the May 2023 Emilia-Romagna floods, radar read 23.2 of about 113.6 ha of the claimed parcel as newly flooded.
Construction progress at the Grünheide gigafactory site is read as a dated sequence from the open archive.
A three-asset portfolio in Italy (a warehouse, a solar farm and a vineyard) returned the same readings to four decimal places on two independent runs on different days.
物理原理与反演方法论
Each loss type is read with its own published method, called directly on the claim polygon rather than reimplemented. Radar carries the reading when cloud hides the ground, and optical imagery adds detail when the sky is clear. Every record names its scenes, its method source and the date it was read.
