Cases

A case opens when a plot’s evidence comes back withheld or a watch raises an alert. Everything done on it is kept in order, from the first note to the outcome, so you can show an authority the record behind a statement.

For the compliance and sustainability teams at operators and traders who work flagged plots.

01 · The order

What you send, and what comes back

You send

  • Nothing extra. Cases open from your register and your watches
  • Attachments as you work: a reading, a title document, a field visit report

You receive

  • One open case per plot, opened automatically, with a button to bring in earlier withheld plots
  • Status, assignee, due date, notes and attachments, with an outcome and a note at close
  • An append-only record: nothing on a case can be edited or removed afterwards
  • A case record PDF, an evidence pack and a share link for each case
  • An audit trail across the workspace, with a CSV download

02 · How it is read

From the open archive to the record

  1. 01

Cases sit on top of the plot evidence. They add no new reading; they keep the work done on a plot in one place.

  2. 02

A supplier request can be sent from a case, and what the supplier returns is written into the case record.

Send us ten flagged plots

Send the boundaries of ten plots your screen flagged. The record comes back within 48 hours as a PDF with the layers, each plot with its finding or its reason and next step.
