Supplier requests
A due-diligence file needs things only the supplier has. A request asks for them through a plain upload page on an expiring link, and the boundaries that come back go straight onto your register through the same checks as any upload.
For sourcing and sustainability teams collecting what a file needs from their suppliers.
- Supplier needs
- A link, no account
- Link expiry
- Set from the due date, up to 90 days
- Files
- PDF, images, GeoJSON, shapefile, CSV
01 · The order
What you send, and what comes back
You send
- The supplier’s contact and what you are asking for: boundaries, planting records, a land title, photos
- A due date, if there is one
You receive
- An expiring link for each request, which you can withdraw or replace at any time
- A status for each request: sent, partly received, complete, overdue or withdrawn
- Every file kept exactly as sent, with its digest
- Boundaries imported straight onto the register
02 · How it is read
From the open archive to the record
- 01
The supplier sees one plain page with what was asked for and an upload box. There is nothing to sign up for.
- 02
Accepted files include PDF, images, GeoJSON, zipped shapefiles and CSV, up to ten files per submission.
More in EUDR and forestry
Plot evidence
One evidence document per plot: what the open record shows stood on the ground in each dry season before the cutoff.
Archive imagery review
For plots the open record could not settle, a named reader files a dated reading of a sub-metre scene from before the cutoff.
Cases
Every withheld plot and every alert is worked as a case, with an append-only record you can show a competent authority.
Shipments and statements
Group the plots behind a consignment, get the shipment report, and export the statement in the Information System’s field order.
Evidence pack and share links
Hand one plot’s evidence to a buyer, a platform or an auditor: a PDF and ZIP pack, and a revocable link that needs no sign-in.
Storm stand record
After a storm, a dated record of every stand, ranked by where to send a drone or a forester first.
Send us ten flagged plots
Send the boundaries of ten plots your screen flagged. The record comes back within 48 hours as a PDF with the layers, each plot with its finding or its reason and next step.
