Asset status check
Upload a book of sites and the record marks each one as within or above its own quiet range: how much its ground usually changes at this time of year, read from its own history. A reviewer knows which sites to look at.
For underwriters, portfolio managers and risk managers at insurers and lenders.
- Assets
- Up to 60 per run
- Baseline
- Each asset’s own three years
- Delivered as
- PDF, GeoJSON, KML, shapefile
01 · The order
What you send, and what comes back
You send
- One asset, or a book of them as GeoJSON, zipped shapefile, KML or a CSV of points, with your own reference on each
- The kind of asset, if you want it on the record: building, site, fleet yard or other
You receive
- A map layer of every asset: within its quiet range, above it, or not read this run
- A table in the PDF with your reference, area, status and the date of the last clear look
- For assets under a hectare, the dates of sub-metre archive scenes that exist over them
- A register that keeps each asset’s history, so the next run updates the same rows
02 · How it is read
From the open archive to the record
Public sources
- 01
Built-up and vegetation change is read from Sentinel-2 over a recent window and compared with the same window in each of the asset’s previous three years.
- 02
A vineyard changes every season and a warehouse roof almost never does, so each asset is judged against its own history rather than one rule for the whole book.
- 03
Sentinel-1 radar is printed beside each read as a second line that does not depend on cloud.
03 · The record behind it
What it has been measured against
Each figure is printed with its denominator and scope in the paper it links to.
- 3 of 3
- assets in an Italian test portfolio, a warehouse, a solar farm and a vineyard, read within their own quiet range, with the same figures on a repeat read
